Our client, based in Northern Suburbs CT, is seeking a Securities Administrator to join their team.
The purpose of the role is to perform all functions required for the smooth and efficient running of the Securities Consulting Offering. The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the on-boarding of clients, daily maintenance of accounts through supervised trading, ad hoc query resolution, fee runs and report generation.
Key Responsibilities
New client onboarding, (Requires gathering of information and assist on completion thereof), including FICA and KYC.
Ad hoc client queries relating to custody accounts.
Assist all partners regarding statements, proposals and performance reviews.
Remediation according to the need per client.
Facilitate scrip transfers between providers.
Setup the meetings between all parties on legal, compliance, onboarding, corporate actions and portal tasks.
Trade calculations and trade execution.
Cash management on accounts daily.
Breach monitoring (ongoing).
Monthly and quarterly fee calculations.
Enhancing relationships between all parties.
Equity trading
Client and Partner reviews
Client and Partner proposals
Client onboarding training
Monthly Fee Schedules, Invoicing and Breakdown Analysis
Partner and inhouse training
All other administrative tasks pertaining to Portfolios.
Manage the Task Manager for the team together with the Investment Administrator
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Financial, Investment or relevant Degree
Trading experience beneficial.
RE5 (beneficial)
Matric
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Lisp Platform experience would be beneficial.
Class Of Business (Beneficial)
Marbletech systems knowledge beneficial
